Sarah Wilson

Sarah Wilson joined Skillbase in 1991 and is an experienced and versatile hands-on operational manager, with a wealth of experience gained in a variety of roles.

After 10 years as an HR professional, Sarah transferred into the Learning and Development sector when she joined Skillbase. Sarah’s depth of experience means that she has access to and experience of many different types of client requirements in both the public and the private sector.

Sam Cohman

Sam Cohman is an experienced trainer/facilitator with over twenty seven years in learning and development. Sam possesses outstanding skills in enhancing the performance of leaders, teams and individuals. He is an Associate NLP Practitioner, CEPEC trained in workplace counselling and has Level A in psychometric testing. Sam believes that learning should be fun and leave participants motivated to apply their learning immediately in their work environment.

Jennie Shannon

Jennie Shannon joined Skillbase in 2001. She has a broad background in business administration and operations management and her responsibilities have included the management of a major Government contract. She currently manages the organisation of all course preparation and the billing and accounts. Jennie has an eye for detail and her approach is thorough and meticulous.

Chris specialises in Project Management and Finance and has exceptional analytical skills. An experienced facilitator, numbers man and consultant, Chris has the ability to understand the key learning and development issues of your organisation with a great eye for detail.
Simon is passionate about leadership and management development, he has been responsible for the design and implementation of our Leadership Academies with numerous clients. He has a methodical and thorough approach, ensuring outstanding end results.
Robert joined the team in January 2014. His background is in HR and Commercial Management especially in the Health, Outsourcing, IT and Professional Services sectors, and he has held UK and international Board level positions in IBM and Capgemini. His focus is on working with business leaders especially on top team development, talent management, succession planning and overall Learning strategies.
Debra has over 25 years experience in Human Resources working as an HR consultant in senior positions in Systems Integration, Retail and Insurance companies. She has worked in a variety of sectors, predominately Services and High Tech. Debra brings a pragmatic approach to her work, connecting with clients from a position of real insight and understanding. She has led a number of change programmes and delivered HR strategy in a dynamic professional services environment.
Greg is a professionally qualified and experienced human resources specialist with knowledge and skills in personnel management, training and development, management and administration. He has a varied background and no matter what his remit, Greg’s ‘can-do’ positivity comes across.
Layla works across our service lines as a business consultant. She works closely with our clients to identify their needs and structure our solutions. Her areas of expertise and focus are talent management and development, learning architecture, competencies, selection of learning suppliers, internal communications and the creation of blended learning curricula.
